Where does everyone live?

AHAHHA. If anyone's up in Mendo over the summer/fall, likewise.
Very produce oriented culture -
I just may have to make a little excursion to FARRRRR Nor-Cal for a little IH meet up…

Since I'm one of the new folks to which Giles is referring, I'll play along. I grew up in North Carolina (Charlotte), then lived in Arizona (Flagstaff) and New Jersey (Camden and Trenton), and now I live here:
actually pretty close to here:
and the most common view of the city for residents (in the most common manner, through a car windshield):
As you may have gathered, I'm not overly enamored with Houston. Nonetheless, here I am.

i'm from atlanta, GA
the home of three amazing things…
kinda lame, i know. but i'm proud of my city

Hello, my name is nameness and I'm addicted to Iron Heart. I live in Burbank, California.
This studio lot is literally at the end of my street:
I live a couple miles over the hill from this:
For those of you who may know the area, I live a short walk from this:
I've lived lots of places but always come back to LA. Our place before this was three blocks
away from this: -
Jakarta, Indonesia. I've lived here all my life:
In about a month's time, however, I'll be moving to the States (Seattle, WA) with the younger sister for university. When the day finally comes, I guess a tear or two will be shed on my part.

nameness… you live about 5 minutes over the hill from me.
and speaking of sexual predators, one old dude actually lives in my complex. i found his mug on the meganslaw website -
I'm lucky enough to live a block and a half from a school. That means nooo sexual predation. I looked that up and it was quite a suprise how many there are. I now skip those houses when I trick or treat.

… how old are you?.. Man anyone laying a finger on me would get dealt with... No cops - but he'd know the score
Anyone - no way I want to sound negative or aggressive... I'm neither, mostly. But it kinda surprises me that you guys actually worry about it... Shit I have lots of ex-cons, junks and general crazy lads living in my hood. Never felt like I had to worry. If anything: it keeps the cops out, and problems are dealt amongst ourselves

From a legal perspective, it seems questionable that sex offenders in the US are punished beyond the legally mandated sentence while other criminals (murders, drunk drivers, etc) can live their post-prison lives in anonymity.

Edit: Just did a search. There is an offender just around the corner from where I grew up in NJ.

Purely from a legal perspective: correct. But I think other sentiments come into play when you have a child…
