Not sure how I feel about short sleeved sweatshirts, but this is the real deal…

Looking for a basic grey hoodie, and kind of had my eye on the one from real mccoys. I can't find it anywhere in Europe though :/. Anyone who know somewhere which might stock them?
Advice on other, similar hoodies, to fit a relatively slim figure are also welcome

Have it - was part of my studies a long time ago…
Very short on loopwheel machines due to their relatively insignificant role in today's textile industry.
Nevertheless, loopwheel based machines are still produces these days for random applications (i.e. when narrow diameter tubes are needed for medical purposes).Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Here are some vintage 40s-50s loop wheeled flat seemed sweatpants that I got today!
These are in such perfect condition; even the elastic is still good! I must say it’s so cool to have some of the original stuff to compare to the new loop wheeled sweats. So here’s my take: I was shocked how nice these sweats are, absolutely amazing, fluffy, warm, and soft. Truly top notch stuff, however IMO the top Japanese loop wheeled sweats are noticeably better (still similar enough though). For example: my SG and IH sweatshirts are more tightly woven and seem to be a better (longer staple) variety of cotton. That being said if anyone hear has a chance to get a vintage loop wheeled sweat, take it, you won’t be disappointed.

I am looking at black hoodies and have mainly purchased Real / Joe McCoy hoodies / sweats in the past - quality and fit is great (i wear an XL in most McCoys) however the fading on the darker hoodies / sweats (especially the navy) is heavy.
Before I purchase a IHSW-49 in Black I was wondering how it compares and how the black colour holds up over repeated wears and washes - I would prefer as little fading as possible for the black.
Also, how easy to remove is the IH patch at the bottom?
