IH-634-XHS - 25oz Selvedge Denim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo
-
Yeah, but once they are broken in my god are they a thing of beauty! This was my first pair of IHs and they have ruined me for all other jeans…I recently picked up up the 21oz after wearing these for a year and a half, and no offense as they are amazing denim, they really just didnt do it for me.
The XHS IMHO is the best denim I have come across...

Amen! @ poweramper, beautiful fading!

I gather they dont stretch as much as the 21oz, but you guys probably know just how much
You'll get at least an inch, maybe more if you need it. The difference is it's a much slower process than with the 21oz and it hurts a bit.
Couldnt risk the 33- the measured waist is right over 35" for my 634s´ and I want to be able to breathe, at least a little. I was reading about these and giggling about guys not being able to button their pants.
Not giggling now. They should come with a thimble.Do we like pitchers?
Next to a pair of 634s:
And for the only potato-fit-pic i could take:
Perfect in the top& thighs it feels like. When they soften that is.
Hem is a bit wide(almost 9" ?), but it needs to settle before i decide "too" wide or not. Cuff & being selective with footwear perhaps. -
Too block and thighs look great. In fact that isn't too different to how my 666-xhs fitted.
You're right to wait for them to settle, but I regret not having mine hemmed to an appropriate length. I have mad stacks now regardless of footwear and hemming will ruin them. At the same time they bunch too much from the knee down. That will happen even more so with the wider 634. So cuff by all means, but consider a hem job that will allow them to sit atop your preferred footwear without much stacking.
Doing them up gets easier. In about a month…
Great purchase dude [emoji1434]

Hi all,
I'm really keen to get hold of a pair of these. I have the 634S in 33x34 and I love them, wanted to "upgrade" to the 25oz.
Does anyone have any idea how frequently sizes are re-stocked?
Thanks in advance

Simplistically, as often as is sensible given demand.
We have just initiated a new production run of these and the 666-XHS. Given how challenging it is to make the denim, we often have to wait for denim to be made before we can initiate a new run, even if we desperately need to restock.

to view a video of how to request an email alert when we get a restock of an item. Please note that not all products will be restocked, so if the product says "Sorry - No restocks of this product" in the "add to cart box" then you will not be able to request a restock.

Excellent news, thanks.
I signed up already, I was just trying to plan the purchase.
If demand dictates supply then you can put me down for a 33" as soon as they're available! Thanks again all.

How many washes ? Your fade looks very different from the ones posted in this thread . Curious how many washes and didn't you wash more frequently and often since day 1?

Hope you guys don't mind a giant photo dump. But Ruedi was asking for some pictures. So I thought I'd post some here too. Even though it's 4-2 21oz to 25oz. The 25oz is my favorite denim.
