IHJ-52 - Indigo 13oz Selvedge Denim Rider's Jacket

Killer jacket, making me reconsider if I want this of the 14oz OD
-
Came out really well. That new denim looks great.

God! This? The pronto? The denim drizzler? Too many ruddy choices and not enough cash!!!!

Lovely looking jacket, but the size came up a bit too small for me. I'll be aiming for the 21 oz. version instead.

Picked one of these up yesterday.
I also have the superblack version and this is an entirely different beast. So much so that the wife (surprisingly) offically sanctioned the purchase with no horrendous repercussions for my testicles!
The denim is rather lovely and, although still substantial, is pretty lightweight and exactly what I needed (I have too many ultra heavy jackets these days).

Ok… how the actual fuck has this ended up in the Outlet? I'm the proud owner of five other IH jackets in assorted materials, all of which I love, but this one may actually be the best. The denim is really special, soft but with a nice heft to it and it begs the question, why aren't shirts being made out of it? The details are great, from the solid zip to the red pocket lining and the chambray inner lining, it all suggests quality and to be honest luxury. The best bit is the constructional stitching which has a great bronze colour that contrasts beautifully with the dark indigo. If you're thinking about this then stop it. At this price it's a no-brainer.

I'm too fat for it, the jacket deserves better.
(pssst! what size did you end up with?)
-
If this had a two-way zip, I'd be all over it!
No two way zip. But fekk it, it has chambray lined sleeve gussets and collar! [emoji1417][emoji28]
Tbh, I've been wanting a summer jacket for two years but decided it was a bit of a luxury given the climate where I live. Now I think I need to move somewhere more temperate just to get to use it more [emoji23]
