Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?

i did a bit of browsing on ebay last night and saw this soviet winter flight jacket, really like the soviet flavor i think it would be an interesting idea to make a similar jacket with a twisted image on the back like the wild children flight jacket from real mccoy

We did a no hoodie zippered sweat a few years ago….

It sold like crap......(like I almost could not give them away)....
On the basis that it may sell better now, last week I went out to retailers and asked for interest.
I got zero take-up.

Yep, I can totally see that. In all honesty I almost didn’t voice it because it seems a touch outside of the brand style. In fact, I was pretty surprised to see it has been attempted with the 01. Ah well, plenty of other great things to chose from.
I would love to see a red hoodie make a return in some form or another…

I would really love to see an overdyed 14 oy type lll vest. Something lightercthan 21 oz at least, maybe also 16 oy sbg

I’m thinking the IHTB-01 in purple and black.

I'm Type III'd out…
I would much rather a Type I or II vest
I just want a badass vest that is lighter than 21 oz. A type II would not really work for the aesthetic IMO.

A modified od type 3 vest would look kinda cool. I'm not really a denim vest guy but I like the idea

I'd love to see something like a thick, extremely heavy and chunky fisherman's roll neck sweater made of wool. Time for IH to set the benchmark in this field 8).
This would be incredible, but I fear the pricetag if it's handmade to IH standards, lol. (only mentioning handmade since there are still a decent amount of companies doing this; I don't really care)

Agree re: being type III'd out. But if they sell, can't really blame Giles/H for making them.
I still think a type I or II without a cinch could be a consistently good seller, as they are with some other brands.

I find myself coming to this site because it is a heavy weight denim site. Not to offend anyone, I'm not really looking for hoodies, sweats, sweaters. But I have found on a site called oobebrand.com a Jackson Split Long sleeve crew pullover in denim which is nice but a bit lightweight. Something like this a bit heavier would be nice.

As i said - i love type IIs, but think a gest works better on type III. Or maybe in a 101 silhouette to do something new? A vest should have handwarmer pockets though.

OD 14oz 101 Vest sounds interesting!
