Today and tomorrow I’m at a Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, Ohio with my in-laws. It’s a basic indoor water park, not a ton to do but there’s a big hot tub and we brought plenty of beer and some Crown Royal. I’m wearing my 888S, IHSH-157 charcoal and the lefty trucker here when outside/not swimming. I have a new year’s party when I get back, I’ll try to take the mug, coaster and bandana with me for a few more pics before 2017 is history!

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! Here’s me on Christmas Day in the green 127 and 888S.
I was very glad my wife told me she wanted to get me some IH stuff for my Christmas gift…I said I had to have the black B10 vest (so amazing) and she wanted to pick out another item for me herself — she chose the @UnTucked ! She has great taste fit pics soon and pictures of me opening them when I find out who took them!

At Pins Mechanical Company in Columbus, OH — a cool place with “duckpin” bowling, lots of pinball machines, ping pong tables, giant jenga, multiple bars, and a nice big fire pit out front. My wife and I went here and then to Zaftig Brewing Co. right by our place in Worthington, just north of Columbus. Zaftig is Yiddish for “full-bodied” and they make heavy alcohol beers, at a minimum of 7%. Needless to say, it was a fun night!
Pictured here is the piglet, IHSH-178 and not pictured are PIH10ANS. I really dig the turquoise hem with the faded pink shirt. A subtle detail, but great nonetheless.

The last post is actually a different night at Zaftig. It’s right by us in Worthington so it’s our go to for a quick brew or a few (handful) and is an especially good bang for the buck considering the high ABV.
Pictured is the IHSH-07 and IHSH-178 with an Orient Agent mechanical watch.

At Seventh Son Brewing Co. in Columbus, Ohio — one of my favorite and most frequented bars here. I really like the atmosphere and they have a lot of great, very different beers, with high ABVs, which I really like. If I am going to pay a premium for a different beer I want it to have a strong/unique flavor profile and/or high ABV, and Seventh Son usually knocks it out of the park.

Here’s a shot of me on New Year’s Eve — all our friends dressed up somehow and I went as “The Wabash Canonball” in the IHSH-62-IND and the IH-824-IND. It was definitely the favorite outfit of the night and I even got a lot of questions about where I got my clothes at the neighbor’s party we randomly made our way to. One guy was super intrigued and we ended up talking Iron Heart and I told him all about the forum — if you’re out there reading this, hey dude!
I had the coaster and handkerchief in my pocket but the night got too wild before I had a chance to grab any photos of them in action that night.
Cool little tidbit, “The Wabash Cannonball” has some history here where I grew up in Northwest Ohio, here’s a link: http://wabashcannonballtrail.org/history-of-the-trail
I’ve even ridden on a sissified version of The Wabash Cannonball train several times as a child. My dad enjoyed model trains (and I loved Thomas the Train lol), so we were into that kinda stuff together back then.
