IH-101J - 1946 101J Riders Jacket

I'm surprised this didn't seem to sell too well, as it's such an iconic look. I guess the lack of hip pockets puts a lot off here, but I don't think they'd work with this style. Luckily I only use a card holder as a wallet and if I take a phone, it goes in the shirt pocket.
Also, the lack of fade pics can't have helped, so I'm going to keep battering this and will update in December after a year, just to show what's possible.

Looking beautiful.
I can't explain why this wouldn't fly off the shelves. I already have a vintage model of the original or I'd have copped.
I'd love an IH storm rider (added corduroy collar and horse blanket liner).

Yeah, I'd go for a storm rider too.

Agreed, although I could go either way with the blanket lining. The corduroy collar is dope though.

If you like black denim, you can have a look at its black counterpart: IH-101J-BLK.

Here's the final result of my 1-year hard wear exercise. I'm very happy with it and now feel that I can work on my 526J for a while.
And now compared to 1 year ago…

Thanks for all the kind words, guys. It's at a place where I don't need to work on it any more, which is great. It all augurs well for the upcoming Storm Rider, which should look great once it's worn in.

Thank you Kind Sir.
And would it need washing whilst still new, or when needed?
