Gotta caffeinate your denim, y'all.

I’ve heard rubbing coffee beans on a raw denim help you fade the denim. Never experiment. Maybe caffeine bath is as good .

Firstly, yes i love coffee, especially espresso! Always getting double for that :), and then i was thinking and imagine how it looks when it gets soak with coffee but of course i was expect this will getting smells like coffee and dirty fade look without getting any dirty , so i try it and yup.. exactly same as i expected. In my country you can buy coffee powder very cheap.. like 2$ for 55 glass of coffee / 380 GRAMS of PURE COFFEE POWDER!
Conclusion : if you want to get dirty fade without getting any dirty, soak it with coffee, sounds crazy but its worth it.. And smells great!

X post from product thread. 1955s just got another wash. 3 winters of wear, 5 or 6 washes.

Great video by @DevonReviewer showing some awesome 21 oz denim fades.

Gave my IH-888-UHR their first wash yesterday. After 70 wear days spread over a year (although mostly this past autumn/winter) they were quite ripe.
They’re coming along nicely but two things that are pretty cool caught my attention. Firstly the roping which is pretty well developed for a relatively new pair. @AdamC gave them their second hem in July at FnC and he’s obviously done a grand job with the Union Special chainstitching.
The other thing was an irregularity in the weave above the knee on the inside of the thigh. A couple of weft threads aren’t bound with the warp and are lying on the surface of the jeans. I guess you’d call it a flaw, but I’m really enjoying the aesthetics of the imperfection. Because they are exposed they were indigo dyed and the way the raised threads have been stripped of indigo that much quicker.
