@neph93 just my usual sarcasm. I'm not one of those icky veggies who's stomach turns at the sight of meat. I wear dead cows on my feet (when I can't find my actual shoes). Thanks for the compliment, it was pretty delicious. I'm working on my Japanese veggie food. It's difficult to balance the flavours as I'd want though.

That dish looks great. I’m trying to find a decent recipe for Thai pasta. My local grocery store sells Thai pasta in their deli but they charge a lot and you get so little. I want to make enough to eat for several days [emoji41]

Why haven’t I made Preserved lemons before?
Smash a bunch of cut lemons and a shit ton of salt in a jar and set it on the counter for a month. The resulting rind is pungent and has a perfect texture.First we made roasted broccoli.
Then I forgot to take pics of the BLT’s with oven dried tomatoes and Preserved lemon aioli.
