Seriously.. I would think they are true 1947 501s with those tones!
Mine look rather basic in comparison, but a wash brought out a lot of vertical faling
I also desperately need to have mine hemmed..

It’s never a bad idea to have a backup pair if you really love a denim that is not one of the top sellers. I learned that the hard way with the 16oz Vintage.

Hi to all the mebers . This would be my second pair of Iron Heart. My waist is around 36.8 inches. I see that the tag 35 is 35.5 inches and the tag 36 is 35.5 . I usually prefer to wear my Jeans unsoaked and unwashed , but definetely i am going to wash them once or twice a year . My i ask the mebers opinions , if any of these tags are going to fit me ? Thanks.

You should measure a pair of jeans you like the fit of the same way as the IH crew measure. A video guide is on each product page and it is quite straightforward. Go with the closest measurements, taking into account stretch.
When you have done that you can email shop@ironheart.co.uk and the guys will help you.
It seems to me that the w34 at 35.5” would be better than the w36 at 37.4”.

Thank you for your reply. It seems that the best tag for be would be 35 but unfortunately 35 does not exist in the most models of IH.

Maybe. But The w34 will stretch at least an inch and will not shrink. That seems like it would work for you. I feel sure that the W36 will be too big. However, measuring your body is not as good as measuring a pair of jeans that fit you well. Do that and talk to the staff at IHUK. They are really good at this.

There is variance in the actual v tag size in all jeans. Measure a pair you already own the way we do, then get in touch with the crew @ shop@ironheart.co.uk

My one and only pair until now is the IH 777. The fit was great from the first wear but I would like a cut with a higher rise and I am also searching for a heavier fabric. I wear jeans with brogues such us Trickers Bourtons but I don’t wear boots. May I ask I you suggest me to try the cuts 634 - 666 or to try the 555 cut ? Thanks.

Hi , i found a pair of this with waist 92 cm . My ideal waist size is 94-95 cm . Do you think after some wear will stretch to the desirable waist ? Thanks in advance.

As others have said this denim easily stretches in the waist. You're gonna love these jeans.

I just got this pair not long ago in the 634 cut. You will get 2.5cm without a problem. The denim is wonderful. Tons of character!

Hi to all the members. I have just received my 18 oz for vintage denim. I would like to thank you all. The pair is really comfortable by the first wear and the fabric is really amazing as you could see in the attached photo.
