Not an architect or art historian, but it is interesting to see those Romanesque arches instead of Gothic ones. I looked it up and based on when it was built, I think pointed arches would have been the dominant style. So I would think it is unusual to have that style from that era and in such pristine condition.

Hahahaha, I had the same reaction to that rustic pier!

It was a wonderful few days, we were so incredibly lucky with the sunny, mild weather.

@goosehd Beautiful, as always. There's something calm and reassuring about the sun over water…
Which way are you facing, is that sunrise or sunset?
