Killer @sabergirl those MB look tight! What is the difference between XHSMB and XHSBB again?
-
I've told myself that I'm holding off on black jeans til Mad Black comes back
-
@sabergirl or @Giles or @Alex is that MB the same as the IHSH-33OD/MB or is that something else? I love the way the shirt looks in person so I am curious.
-
@mclaincausey It’s definitely something else,as the jeans are overdyed twice with 2 different kinds of black dye. Hence the moniker Mad Black.

And there was also a “matte black” term being thrown around so I’m not sure which is which and whether they’re the same @Jett129

To date, all of our black overdyed garments are basically just indigo garments with a black sulphur dye dunking post-construction. The only current exception to this is Mad Black jeans which have been overdyed using 2 different techniques and those are secret. In the future, as we phase out sulphur dyes, you will see more experimentation. For instance, SS22 includes some reactive overdyeing which as a process, is much better for the environment than sulphur dyeing.
