There’s been a terrible development. The dreaded phone fade is starting to appear. I’m trying to remember to put my phone in my other pocket from now on.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I love an asymmetrical phone fade
I used to slip my phone in the front right pocket, but recently switched to the (lined for a reason) back pocket.
The phone chassis sharp edges, plus the constant rubbing while walking, bending and sitting, cut the fabric away inside the pocket causing massive holes. -
alexpupin totally agree! I have to use the other pocket to carry the phone. And that’s with a case.

Is it dreaded? I tell my pants where my shit goes. Not the other way around.

Actually, back pockets are easier to reach, to stow the phone away or fetch it, than the front ones.

Y’all aren’t worried about crushing your expensive phone with your ass?
I think I’m going to keep it in the other pocket for a few months to make the fades more symmetrical then try the back pocket.

As counterintuitive as it may seem, large items stored in the front pockets suffer greater strain and bending than the ones placed in the open ended back pocket.
Try riding a bicycle with a latest >6" phone in your front pouch (if it fits at all)
Or, can you sit without taking your phone out of the front or stabbing yourself? -

My ass is huge. My phone has never been crushed.

I’ve been trialing the phone in back pocket approach. It definitely pulls the pants down more. Only an issue for non belt wearers like me but still.

A bag will be the answer to all your “problems”! Phone goes in that, no belt, bags are cool af. Sorted [emoji6]
Like a man purse? I don’t know if I’m firm enough in my masculinity for that.

I mean, whatever works for you. Rucksack, messenger bag, fanny pack… As for the manbag thing… clothes (and accessories) don’t have a gender.

Oh we’ve covered that topic already.
And it’s true…Reuben has a big ass.
I do indeed. Big, but well rounded. Whereas you are a big ass, my friend [emoji8]
EDIT: Funny story… I met my brothers wife for first time, on my one and only visit to the US in 2013. She is Afro-American and she said “Oh my god, I thought you were even more “white passing” than your brother, then I saw you from behind”.
