Yes this N1 jacket in M fits like a glove, and there is enough space for UHF underneath.

This jacket is expensive, but you will love it.

Apart from the cost (which at the moment is prohibitive), I'm unsure about the style. It looks fantastic, but I'm not sure how I'd look in it. I'd also have to think carefully because there is no such thing as an "all-year jacket" round my way. I'm not sure how much wear it would get.
