IH-888S-UHR - 21/23oz Ultra Heavy Raw Selvedge Denim High Rise Tapered Cut Jeans

@DCWS2020 I'm glad you were able to find some additional shrink left in them and get them to fit as you had hoped for. I've never run any of my IH jeans through a dryer cycle. Knowing that you were able to get some additional change in sizing may have inspired me to give it a try for one pair of jeans I have that are still a little bit loose for my taste.
And I'm with @T4920 , fit pics post dryer cycle would be cool if you have them.

Before (white shirt) after (black shirt)… tried to do a similar photo this morning before work. You can see how the hip area tightened up… which is exactly what I hoped for. Lost some length too. Threw them on quick for the pic then changed into scrubs. Unfortunately it’s not possible to wear denim in the hospital

Sun‘s out in Munich and some fades are appearing on my UHRs after 71 wear days.

@weftyarn looks nice!!

I got a pair from @Memphisakers about 2 weeks ago and been wearing them since. This is the nicest, most crazy pair of denim I've ever owned. Just look at that hair

@scarfmace now you know what the ‘fuzz’ is all about

Sizing question. I’m usually a TTS 34. But my most comfortable IH have stretched to 35 inches. I have big thighs thanks to powerlifting. Would people recommend a size 34 or 35 in the UHR given the shrinkage and less stretching of the denim compared to the 21oz?

@Piratedoc my advice would be to measure your best fitting denim with the ‘how we measure’ video and take that as a starting guide. UHR doesn’t stretch a lot imo. It’s shrinks due the soaking and the washing and will stretch back to pre-soak measurements. But not any further then that, at least that’s my opinion.
