Hello everyone, I have had respect for Iron Heart products for some time now. Have been following this forum for a while and am now a member expecting to become even greedier…
-
Hi everybody,
as a "silent reader" for about a year I finally joined this forum 2 days ago. My name is Peter, I live near Frankfurt/Germany and have been interested in denim-stuff for many years.
I wore Nudies and Edwins for the last years - but these times are over now
I got IH 777s, 666s and 555s from IH Hamburg a while ago and just ordered a vest from IH Gosport trough their EU-Website.
I very much like the tone of this forum and how nice everybody seems to be! -

@rodenstock welcome. The usual story is we join for the clothes and stay for the people. Far nicer than we have any right to expect!

Whatsup IH forum! Parker here from TENDREL. We are new shop in Santa Barbara, and proud to be a Iron Heart stockist. My wife and I opened the shop in March of last year.
I fell in love with a pair of IH 633 some years back and that kick started the journey that led to opening up the shop! If you are ever in the area come by for a hang. We have our online shop as well at shoptendrel.com, feel free to reach out anytime with any questions. -
Greetings & salutations!
I joined the forum a little over a month ago after being on lurker mode for a while. It seems like I have stuck around and thought I should finally introduce myself properly. My name is John and live on a small gulf island off the west coast of Canada. I admire quality and things made with passion which ultimately lead me to Iron Heart. Unfortunately where I live there aren’t many opportunities to see Iron Heart gear in the wild. My son and I have been planning a trip to Vietnam with a stopover in Japan (where I lived for 8 years back in the day) and decided to check out the Hachioji store in person. That happened 2 days ago and we were truly impressed. The staff were so warm and welcoming and we spent almost 3.5 hours there talking all things denim and trying on so many different items. Their customer service is second to none! I got to see and feel a lot of items firsthand and figured out my sizing. The icing on the cake was getting Haraki-san to sign the jeans I bought. I was hoping to buy a pair if 805 overalls, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size available at this time, so that will probably be my next purchase down the road. It’s been great reading all your shared wisdom and I look forward to contributing when I can.
Cheers,
John -
@Denman-John Welcome John, it's a pleasure to read about your adventure... if it's any consolation, I live in Italy and here too, IH articles are little known and difficult to see and find except online... never mind, it will mean that we will be the ones to make them known . Nice to meet you, I'm Luigi

Hi, my name's Otus. I live in Tallahassee, Florida. I'll be honest: I despise normal jeans, like Levi's and stuff like that. I think they're boring and basic looking, stopped wearing them ages ago, as soon as I started halfway caring about style. "Denimhead jeans" on the other hand (when properly cared for and legitimately faded) are worlds apart aesthetically, and especially if you find a style (or brand) that uniquely fits with the visual look or "vibe" you prefer to have. To me, normal modern denim and serious denim like Ironheart makes should not both be called jeans, one of them needs a different word, cause it's just not the same thing. I'm actually pretty new to the denimhead hobby, but have been ravenously educating myself online for the past couple months about it.
