End of Season Sale - 15% off - June 21st to June 24th

So far it sounds like I was the weakest at controlling temptation here.
Burgundy zip up sweater: this was my most prized item this sale. This is my college color and I’ll get a huge kick out of wearing it.
Grey kersey shirt: after trying out the camel version, I decided such a unique and comfortable fabric merited a backup grey one.
An olive green 6.5 oz tshirt. My marled grey/red/green tshirts are my faves but they don’t look sharp any longer after so much use and abuse.
A navy blue work boot sock and a Wolfman pocket combGot something for my baby (30-year old daughter….): a black wabash small shoulder bag (hope she LOVES it) and a pair of fingerless blue Decka gloves!
PLEASE, NO MORE SALES FOR THE NEXT 12 MONTHS!

Picked up two items during the sale and one item presale (used my rewards voucher just before it was going to expire, so almost like being on sale!)...
IH-888D
IH-888S-14bb
IH-888S-SLB (presale) -
I happily (sadly for my wallet) gave into the sale as well lol.
Picked up three pairs on Friday:
555S-142ib
555S-14ii
555DAnd then 10-15 mins left of sale time on Monday I thought, I most definitely need a Big Buck in Brown to round the weekend off

@Graeme said in End of Season Sale - 15% off - June 21st to June 24th:
I resisted the sale. There were a couple of pieces that I was tempted by: The IHDR-502bb and the Big Buck shirt. But I wasn't sure about fit as I keep on changing size and shape, I'm currently unemployed, and I've agreed to spend a chunk of my dwindling savings on a puppy...
I also managed to resist, against all odds, although not that there wasn't plenty of temptation.

@sabergirl Ann…️ your ability to resist…but you might need to avoid @Matt ‘s ability to bring you to the dark side. But you’ve been around enough to recognize peril and the ultimate destruction of your bank account for travelling down that path.
Are you coming to Gosport? Would love to see you two

Well my purchase was definitely premeditated…. No second degree shopping here. I wrote customer service a few days prior to confirm the measurements on a IH-2526J and set an alarm for the opening minutes.
My new duck canvas type iii should be here tomorrow, but it is coincidentally arriving at the same time as a Stratocaster neck I bought for a guitar project. If I don’t log in for a few weeks, show this post to the police - my wife may not let me live.
First degree shopping may lead to second degree murder….

@Luijim78 I have re-directed my two new indigo shirts to be collected from the local delivery office and will then smuggle them in when my wife isn’t home or I would be facing the rolling pin to the head too. Being that they are two new indigo ones I can quite easily get them into rotation without them looking like new purchases, which is also the reason I’ve had to smuggle them in…. “You already have 7 indigo shirts, are you insane” 🥺
-
@Luijim78 my wife is generally pretty understanding with my hobbies, but two arriving at once when I’m not home to defend myself may raise her eyebrows a bit.
I actually plan on letting go of a IH-526J-22 in XL that I’ve, um, “outgrown” to offset the purchase, but there won’t be much market for heavy jackets until the weather cools off again. So yeah, I’ve got a little ‘splainin to do.

@jimmer_5 shame about the size otherwise we would have happily talked about your 22oz, even Gloria, my partner, is quite patient with my infinite "weaknesses", in fact in a week it will be 13 years that she has put up with my whims , but given that There will be other purchases to be made soon, it's best not to test her too much
