I love cider as long as it cold and dry (brut), and a sunny day outside.
100% agree
We have a handful of great cider operations in the pacific northwest

does bulmers or strongbow count in this?

Loving it. Quite challenging because the weather is iffy, so we have had to stay at places longer than we would have chosen to. But that is sailing, and it's actually nice not to give a shit about anything....We will def come back to all of the places we have so far been.....

seal in glass, store in a cool place, wait a week or two.
@mclaincausey Seal in glass, but please use an airlock! Glass and sealed pressure are a bad combination.

@Giles has there been a common flavor profile in these ciders? Also, do you have a preferred flavor profile? Thinking dryness/sweetness, effervescence, funkiness, etc. also curious about the gravity; guessing these have some body to them.
When I get off the water wagon in a couple of months I’m going to drink lots of cider.
I like them dry and sometimes funky, sometimes effervescent personally.
