traveling in the US deep south, one should really seek out the local cuisine.
I can't ever remember having a better bibimbap than this anywhere. It was so good and the hot stone bowl arrived with the rice already crisp on the bottom so it could be quickly stirred while still hot af to get more crispy rice. -
Big family gathering going down today on my wife’s side. Shit for pacing myself. Already eatin 4 of these coconut sticky rice wraps.

@goosehd So far, so good. One class was giving her trouble. But, she feels she's improved. I think I'd have had trouble with it, myself. It's a computer coding class, and her professor is very Ben Stein like.
The ramen is fantastic. We found a great little place, just off campus, about 3 blocks from her dorm. It's only got 4 tables, and a sign on the door that reads "no public restrooms".

The Snipeburger popup Wednesdays at King of Wings in Golden is the best burger on the planet. They grind brisket and short rib and then smash them on a hot griddle. I get mine with American cheese, grilled onions, house pickles, and their golden sauce for their wings, which is their mild buffalo crossed with their honey mustard. They also have grilled jalapeño, lettuce, and bacon as optional toppings.
Their wings are terrific as well but those don’t happen on Snipe Wednesdays. Love these guys. Good people and great food.

@mclaincausey What a great list,and really reasonable prices. Did you consider the Volans Still Strength? The Burger looked insane as well.
