I also enjoy the spicy and astringent flavours of Chinese and Taiwanese teas, but for some reason I happen to buy more Japanese tea. Even though I sometimes feel they like to keep their best teas to themselves :).

@ARNC Ha, she is definitely more versed than I am in this, but I have had the pleasure of dabbling in the dark arts of the whites, greens, various needles of silver and Pu'er. But, being a man of simple tastes, this has been my daily driver recently:

I have always been a coffee drinker enjoying both the coffee but also the ceremony. Unfortunately, massive amounts of caffeine don’t agree with me lately so I have been drinking more and more tea. So glad this thread is here, will get some pics of my teas tomorrow!
