Bitch Please… FAKE Iron Heart?
-
Well, Iron Heart has finally "made it". Fakes have been spotted by the master himself. Please use this thread to post any links to items you suspect to IH, news, stories, experiences, feelings, etc on Iron Hear. Take a look at this doo doo…
The pockets, cut, and fit in these photos made me audibly upset!

XXcking unbelievable.
-
Did they get access to authentic ih tags? They look genuine to me (the tags not the jeans). The patch also looks thick. It would be sad if someone on the indise was selling these.
-
They look awesome…ly bad. The denim looks so thin and lightweight, who should believe that they're 21 oz?
-
Woah woah woah, these do not look authentic at all. The patch i missing the sizing/ model # area, the back pockets are abnormally huge, denim is shiny, tags are white not yellow and also have less detail/ graphics, inside tag is what is typically used on the inside of shirts or IH-801/802/etc., the "W" is not red (Only other case of this is Superblack and special edition - DC4), sticker on the raw denim?!?!? GTFOH!
The thing that does disturb me is the hardware, especially the front button "Iron Heart Works Inc." It is dead on the same from what I can tell. Would love to hear G's perspective on this after discussing it with Haraki-San! -
What I meant is that it looks like an authentic shirt tag but sewn on the jeans.
I know the tag is missing the numbers but I it could be a pre stamped version. I didn't check the motorcycle design for 100 accuracy but it looks close. But I would find it hard to believe these guys would go through the trouble to fake such a thick tag.

It was me who told Haraki about them. There was a post here yesterday:
http://www.darahkubiru.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2921&start=120#p403224
It was discussed a little in random rants yesterday. Personally, I think there is a lot of merit in what Jimmy said:

But H and I are still deciding what to do…...

What Landon said (accurately) is The patch i missing the sizing/ model # area.
It only costs me USD40 to get a patch stamp made in UK, in Indonesia it'll be much less, then all you have got to do is find a bit of thick cow. -
as an indonesian, i feel so embarassed with this issue.
not only IH, but you can also find fake samurai, flat head, and nudie but i can say that the market for this kind of fake's is very-very small. anyway, i heard from source that (some?) these fake's are made in thailand too(?). interesting isn't it, considering the popularity of thai repro version of levi's.
-
saw fake nudie and levis in china. but IH??!! what a stupid idea…...
agree with dizco, the market for fake japanese denims ist very very small, there is no need to worry about this issue. ture denim fans never buy fakes! -
The leather patch is laughable. It's really not that hard to imitate a patch even to iron heart standard but that is not even close.
The fact is if they go into the trouble and imitating to the point it's like the real thing then it will cost the same as the real thing. IH are not over priced items marked up items, you are paying for exactly what your getting
-
I still wonder who they try to fool with this sh*t. If you don't see it earlier, the first moment you touch these jeans it's clear, that they're fake. 21 oz is a thing that can't be as easily imitated als levis or nudies.

Yet another reason why I will save my pennies and buy from a legitimate source rather than look for deals on SuFu and SF. (Picking up my order from the post office later today.)
There is little fake gear on SuFu and SF… I've seen guys trying to sell fake gear being confronted about it right after they've posted... Now eBay, that's a completely different story...

the guy has a pretty good fit & i like the pockect bag idea for our washed crazied & document crazied crew.
we should contact him & ask to buy just the pockect bag patch thingy, hahahahahahahahaha
i might start selling those myself to folks as an iron-patch to put on the pockect bags. sure i won't make any money on it, but folks would love it.
