not to trying discourage anyone who already sized down more advice for those still ordering, but I'm normally a large and tried a medium from division road, it arrived today and while an absolutely beautiful shirt it was a bit too snug especially in the arms and wrists as well as being a tad scratchy which is totally normal for wool. This led me to bite the bullet and extra shipping fees and exchange it for a bigger fit so I can layer something like a Henley or thermal, I think this will be a perfect application for the shirt, lastly dose anyone else have input or received there's yet? the fabric sure is amazing and I'm exited to see the outfits you guys think up with it !

The chest and shoulders are my concern and after conferring with @Graham I feel comfortable that L will be the one for me. It is in its way so I will report back on the appropriate thread next week (I got the grey).
It will surprise absolutely no one that I look forward to putting a vest over it. My olive N-1, IHV-21 and IHV-24 are all candidates.

I received mine last night. I went with my work shirt size of XXL (I'm a XXXL in westerns). The chest and shoulders are slightly more roomy than a work shirt but the arms feel slim, as you mentioned. I actually don't mind the little bit of room as I plan to layer under the shirt with a henley/thermal etc as its a 3 season shirt, imo.
The fabric is lovely. Great hand. Substantial but still refined. Definatly an heirloom piece.
Its more brown in person rather than the rusty colour I was expecting. In a nutshell I'm a big fan.

I think you'll be happy sizing down if you're looking for a fitted silhouette that you plan to layer ON TOP of.

great fit @Skelly. I really love the giant pocket flaps and their design, its the focal point of the shirt.

Perfect fit @Skelly

What's the deal with the 'Dry Clean Only' designation? I thought Merino could be cold washed - by hand, at the very least.
Only reason, along with the lack of hand warmers, that I didn't buy one. Because this bad boy is stupid handsome.

Hey guys, is this a strictly cold weather shirt? Can you wear this in 60-70 degree temp? Anyone for NorCal? What do you think?

60-65F should be fine. It’s quite thin and being wool will breath quite well. I anticipate being able to use it in what passes for summer here over a tee shirt.

Think I need a fit check. Excuse, the wrinkles, but is this a bit too "just right"? I was thinking treating this as a shacket. But this feels for sure like a well fitting shirt. Should I exchange for an xxl (my uhf size is xxl, regular denim shirt size is xl, and this is an xl).
