After my holiday i felt it was time for a change so i started working out, we also did this in covid so we have a lot of equipment at our place. I’m working on a 30 day streak and i’m at day 27 and lost around 5kg’s. Healthy lifestyle seems to suit me as good as the chore

Now we’re in the book department lately i’m reading the book from Fjodor Dostojevski: crime & punishment. I’m astonished by the way Fjodor can lay down a story that’s so complex yet so very detailed and rich in such.

Let’s get back to coffee, i started working 5,5 years ago at Nespresso and men.. if you love coffee this is the place to be! I’m a americano lover in the morning but after that i throw some espressos on me. Especially the Arpeggio and the Paris wich are my favorite.

Goodmorning all!! This morning we had some breakfast we all had a shower and while the kids are making drawings I’m trying to be creative on the guitar and with words. This something I wrote:
