Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?

This is really interesting. It sort of implies that a taper as a design is always going to offer a completely different overall shape to legs of different lengths. My 888’s are closer to a straight leg than someone taller.
Exactly this.
-
Seeing @injunjack and @Alex take I have to say that this is much needed conversation when having tapered cuts. @Haraki-san stated few times that the silhouette is particularly important to him. In his classic straight cut shortening the inseam by hemming or cuffing is an appropriate solution - the silhouette remains intact (@Haraki-san seems to prefer hemming). It all changes with the introduction of taper, any inseam length alteration destroys the very silhouette designer had in mind. And from a practical point of view, it deprives the owner of the very function they were purchased for - the taper.
-
Retain cut silhouette regardless of inseam length, in a cost-effective manner…damn, this is a most formidable tailor challenge!

Just hold out for the return of the wide leg, we'll all be in 634 this time next year.

Chocolate Brown IH-731
-
White 777’s (same material as the IH-666S-WH‘s please )
-
@Inorganic This won't happen sadly as the white 21oz denim is not available for us currently, but you may see some other white pants soon in the 777....
-
@Alex thanks for getting back to me and the info. seems i need to make a choice...wait for the 777s in some fashion of white material or pull the trigger on my first 666s (i checked and it seems that there are some 33's in stock which i could possibly squeeze into 35.2" is a good place for me and my muffin top). But this would be my first slim/no taper pant so the 666 cut is a new world to me - do you think it would be similar to the sexihxlsxa13 cut?
-
Are there plans to re-run the 25oz BB denim in the future?
-
@Link-Of-Time not currently
-
Any Type I jackets in the cards?
-
@68degreesorless Yes, actually. A couple in sample stage at the moment
-
Thanks @Alex. Now, I will go back to quietly waiting (and hoping for photo evidence).
Denim gods, grant me the patience to wait for the Iron Heart version of the products I cannot avoid, the courage to buy said Iron Heart products immediately upon release, and the wisdom to buy other brands or STFU when A and B don't play out.

A solid lightweight flannel CPO with a light quilted lining. Actually a solid IHSH-105. BUT make it reversible.
Recently bought this from TNF and it's so versatile. -
