IHSH-62-ind - 12oz Wabash Western Shirt - Indigo

It does if you nuke it (90C). But agreed, there is only a little shrinkage on 60C.
Thank you… Guess who will be doing a "90C Wabash wash cycle" this weekend, lol!
Give everything a thorough pre-soak and turn the spin down as low as you can to avoid abrasion marks. I’ve done this with both my vests and one pair of 816’s and it’s gone well. It accelerates wear as well.

I’d like To shrink just the sleeves on this shirt. Is that possible? With like a very hot Sleeve Soak? Any recommendations? @neph93 @Filthy 21/23oz junkie
if the fabric is capable of shrinking you can do it. Get a plastic bag, cut the bottom 2 corners off holes just small enough to get sleeves through. Get a CLEAN pot or container, add boiling water, hang bag above or off to the side propped up on something, agitate periodically, add hot water when it cools, do it 3x or so. Let dry or put upfront of the furnace vent or heater to really shrink and dry fast. You may or may not want to run the sleeves inside out if the fabric loses indigo fast. I didn't.

I really like this shirt but the length is bothering me. These are 2" longer than the black version. When I look at the older pictures in this topic I don't see that extra length, only in more recent pictures.
I don't believe hot washes can get 2" off so now I am wondering, is the shirt length in the latest batch different from the one before or do I need new reading glasses… ??? -
Thanks UnTucked. Creative solution

You have a point there neph.
I love wabash so I’m also considering the white one. Length is better but white is difficult when you want to wear the shit out of it.
How do you like your white wabash? -
That sucks. How is the knee? Slow healing process I reckon…

@Giles Will we ever see a restock? I really need that XXXL!
-
We will, but this is a Japanese release, so they initiate the runs. Unless I suddenly get an order for 60 or so from a retailer, I wait until the Tom san tells me the new run is completed. I have asked her to let me know before she runs the popular "regular" shirts, so I can get her to make more XX and XXXL….
