I paid F/F too @Cole - maybe we can still salvage this all somehow yet. I’m on holiday right now so I won’t have much time to deal with this for about a week yet, let me know how the dispute with PayPal goes for you.

truth, I have had to jump through a bunch of hoops for a personal payment but was eventually refunded.Print out all transaction details so you can refer to them and call. my email requests got zero responses.

We have banned @Akuma no uta (Ian Wagner). We tried hard to get him to meet his obligations. I even got a fellow member and friend of Ian's to try and get him to do the right thing. Ian said that he would sort it and then nothing happened.
Whilst transaction in the marketplace are transactions between 2 parties and we have nothing to do with that other than provide the wherewithal for the communications, we do feel bad that an Iron Heart member has ripped off other members.
We will not tolerate this behaviour.

I have found PayPal to be more than reasonable in these instances…hoping that transfers to those who were ripped off.
This situation is absolutely mind boggling to me and beyond ridiculous, especially given that my experience of our community here is fairly tight knit and there is a level of mutual respect (for the most part) between forum memebers.
That being said, for newer members, I would like to say this is by far the exception rather than the rule. I have been a buyer and seller in numerous transactions here and found the many forum members I have dealt with to be honest, fair, and always honorable.
I appreciate the IH Crew and Mods handling this situation in the manner they have and with the appropriate level of severe consequence. Thank you for helping keep our community and it’s members at the high standard it deserves to be held to.

This kinda crap boggles my mind. I can't fathom why someone would deliberately deceive and steal from others who made a good faith payment for clothing. sorry you guys got duped

Agreed. After a hiatus he came back here in the spring and posted nearly every day up until the end of October. Sad.

Buying and selling can be a very stressful process for both the buyer and seller. I am very thankful to the vast majority of people that I have worked with that are both understanding on time constraints and understanding on shipping charges.
I am truly sorry for everyone who did not get the items they believed to be purchasing, especially since I’m sure most people have kids and the holidays are fast approaching.
Thank you to @Giles and the mods who have taken great concern In this matter, it’s not fair that Giles had to deal with this BS while on holiday.
My wife says I have too much faith in people, and that may be true, but I truly hope that something forces the young man to do the right thing and refund everyone’s money.
If we can not have trust in our friends (I consider everyone on the forum a “friend” until proven otherwise) than who can we trust….

Thanks Adam, but I don't think of myself being on holiday, I think of it more as working from somewhere else. This business would not exist without customers, and without the forum, this business would be radically different from what it is.
I created the business and I set up the forum, I can't just abrogate responsibility and turn my back on either. That said, we are going to Yacata tomorrow and I have no idea what my comms will be like from there. I have a 5am "meeting" with Alex to try and get as much big stuff done before I'm potentially AWOL…..
