I've had these since they released, so about ~7 years or so. I actually have another pair of these as well.

Like many others can relate, they sit in a very heavy rotation of other iron hearts, amongst other things. But I try to do my best at giving each pair some love.

Hi everyone, might buy a 2nd hand pair of these but would like to know how they breathe - Ive seen a few different comments but not a ton of complaints.

I've got experience with 19L (not breathable), 21oz, UHR, and XHS, 18oz double indigo, and the old 18oz original stuff.  Can anyone comment on any comps?

Hi @Mnbiker, from my perception they do breath less when I compare them with my 25oz indigo-indigo and 21oz SBG pairs. Hope this helps. To me this is the stiffest denim I ever had. Make sure to size generously.

Meanwhile they reached 850 days of wear. Most likely they will need another repair very soon to master the coming wears. It‘s amazing (sort of) that they are still incredibly stiff while having an almost velvet-like surface.

979 days of wear. Time to break in the next pair. Loved the journey, but the fit was too slim for me regarding the stiffness of the fabric

in them. I will stop after 1000 days. And to be honest I am sooo looking forward to breaking in the next pair
