Two things puzzle me - how long will this thing bleed? I would wear it over lighter shirt and I figure it takes a few washes to reduce the bleeding. Second: Can I take out the rivets without leaving too big holes in the fabric.

Any updates to the crocking conundrum with your sample Giles? I could see myself wearing this with a tee and don't want to risk a ruined white shirt.

I wear mine over a white Tee all the time.  I have wrecked nothing…....It does bleed a lot, but the indigo seems to do no lasting damage....
