IH-634-DD - Indigo/Indigo 16.5oz Duck Straight Cut Jeans
-
For some reason when I bought these, I couldn't stand them…. They became my go to work pants and then quickly became my favorite pair of Iron Hearts to date!!! They have somewhere between 7-10 months of daily wear.
It's really hard to get a good picture of them, the true color is closer to the natural light buts is still somewhere in between. So of the dirt is caked in them so hard it's become permanent no matter how many times I've washed them, but it adds some serious character and has some good memories. I wish I could say these jeans still have a lot of life left in them them, but they are starting to fall apart.

These are grail status! Nice work Joe! I love the "I don't give a sh*t" wear on these

They look awesome! Unfortunately they're the second pair I see with holes (I think trailandarrow was the other one), I hope the fabric holds up fine in "normal use".

Mine have a hole on the inside of the right knee.. but this was from a close encounter with an angle grinder….

Here's a Quick little update of mine I guess. JustJoe got me excited about them!

@Giles I should have typed that question when I was sober. For some reason, I knew it was canvas duck but ended up writing something else.
What I meant was if it was the toughest pure cotton fabric, a question you answered.
I asked that because I read somewhere on the forum that canvas duck is more durable than denim. Plus, IH calls it Hard as Duck and its selvedge version broke the loom.
On a related note, on a scale of 1 to 10 for IH durability, how durable is the IH-702 polycotton fabric? I see the fabric lasting a decade easily.

Seeing how my Loombreakers don't fit me properly and I am trying to get rid of them. Couldn't be a more perfect time for these to be on sale. @Alex made it easy finding me the smallest hem size 35 at 9, knee at 9.6 and thigh at 13.8. With the slight shrinkage I will get, they should be spot on perfect for me to finally love how beautiful this duck fabric is! I will miss the LB though
Glad these fade pretty damn quick, fastest I ever seen.
