The Flat Head

Thanks guys! And yep, I really love the belt. It definitely works well with the higher rise and relatively looser fit of these jeans…

:-\ I could do with being just the way I am, but with a bit more income… But no, I won't change. Not sure of this is a good thing or not...

Looks great Morose Penguin, I'm wearing my black jacquard hoodie right now.
So, I picked up these bad boys today. We don't have a separate (as far as I know) thread for RJB, so I'm putting it here.
These are RJB's trademark sneakers, I nicknamed these the "baseball sneaker" for their white/red color scheme. These are the nicest sneakers I've ever seen, they're also by far the most comfortable; these have the comfort of a super high-end dress shoe in sneaker form. The leather is extremely soft and supple, and these are still brand new and haven't even been broken in yet.
I've never owned a nice pair of white sneakers before, but I seriously like how these look, I've been waiting for the chance to get some for a long time. They fit a little larger than my FH sneakers - these are 28.5 CM, while the FH sneakers are 28 CM. I must be in between sizes because both feel right to me.
I like how these have a classic mid-century American sneaker vibe, while being an original design that's not directly based off any particular vintage shoe. As usual for FH and RJB, the details are all top-notch, from the fully leather-lined interior to the tongue loop and amazing textured sole (which, unlike most sneakers, can actually be replaced when it wears out.)

Nice! Are they vulcanized? Wondering if my FH sneaks have replaceable soles too.
-
Nice shoes! the whitest as they will ever gonna be

Yes, the sneakers are Vulcanized. I'm wearing them right now, and they feel fantastic.

Twin, I'm not trying to be rude or nasty but you may be able to size down 1 in the shirt. I'm basing this opinion on the fit of the shoulders and sleeves.
I was in New York last week and picked up the same shirt at Self Edge. It's the first Flat Head shirt that fit me. The cut is very similar to an IH workshirt. Every other Flat Head shirt I've tried to wear has been too big in the shoulders and too tight in the stomach area. I'll try to post some pics of it later this week.

What's funny to me is hearing how poorly some things fit people and then trying them on and realizing they fit you fantastically…
Personally, flat head shirts are pretty much the only brand I know will fit really well. It's obviously not the same for everyone but I've realized that iron heart shirts just fit me way too long and large in the body, whereas flat head's are perfect in the arms and length and torso and just a tad large in the shoulders, but I think that's just the look they go for.

For me it's mostly the other way around! Mostly because I have relatively long arms, compared to my skinny build… I can only wear a few brand of shirts..
I definately agree with FH shirts being wide in the shoulders. But I like their wabash workshirt so much, I do wear it as much as I can! -
Their wabash shirt is so amazing. The fabric is seriously awesome and I love how hairy it is….. I would've picked it up in a heartbeat except that it's the only FH shirt I've tried that didn't fit me well. Well it did, except that the arms were wayyyyy too big and were about an inch too long.... Do you find it like that too?
I don't know if I've ever seen that particular shirt fit anyone well in the arms.

Tempted to move the cuff buttons on mine. No one has wrists that big, Flat Head.
