I’m finding Delicious in Dungeon on Netflix oddly addictive
-
@JDelage agree, I loved this but I’m super interested in space too. I thought the dramatisation of events that didn’t happen would put me off, but it was so well done

Speaking of dungeons, did I tell y’all that the first home showed on the first episode of this Netflix show about building sex dungeons was my friend’s house? She was literally the owner before the couple featured on the show. Another friend discovered this (I have questions) and it is absolutely hilarious to our group just based on the personality involved.

@Matt BRILLIANT SHOW!!!!!! We loved it and laughed so damn hard. The timing and pacing are so great. and an excellent mix of serious to comical content
-
@Matt There's 2 shows i want to recommend. "Boat Story" (March 12th streaming on Freevee) along a similar line of comedy adjacent crime drama. and the fellow Aussie show 'Wolf Like Me" on Peacock.

Definitely curious. You like it?

@GraemeE Mrs H and I are 3 episodes in, and very much enjoying it. Classic Guy Ritchie with all the stereotypical gangs of Britain, dark humour, class commentary and brutal violence. It's going to be interesting to see what he does when given the chance to stretch the runtime into a whole season.
Mrs H and I recently watched One Day on Netflix too. It's a will-they/wont-they romance drama so not normally my thing, but I wound up getting into it. The story starts on 15 June 1988 with our two protagonists meeting at the last-day-of-uni party, and then checks in with them on the same day every year to see what they're getting up to, which was a neat conceit. Really well acted.

Is anyone watching "Shogun" on Disney+ its made by FX the same people that done the bear, only 5/10 episodes in so far, really good watch, its based of the "the asian sage" books. I know its early door but definitely my favourite show of the year so far. highly recommend it for anyone.

@JoshC great shout out on shogun! We just finished up episode 3 last night and really enjoying it. Early days but so far a masterful blend of historical drama, political intrigue and cultural exploration
