@joesaintjohn looking good dude. I know we've never interacted directly here, but I've see you in some of the older threads I've scoured. I dropped a ton of weight about 12 years ago, so from one ex-fat dude (I mean that term with the utmost respect) to another, well done and congrats! You seriously look amazing and I'm sure you're feeling even better.
I'm sorry now you gotta swap all that IH gear out for smaller duds…but that's a good problem to have

Thanks, MAN!!! Seriously, not sure I'll ever stop feeling like a fat dude, but my God it feels good to be able to do things with my body I've never imagined. I'm trying to get down to like a strong 195 to compete in BJJ. Got a little farther to keep pushing. It is way easier being healthy living in SF.

Actually the photo was taken in front of our house (the Netherlands) just before we left for a ride. With weather like this, 20 degrees celcius and dry, you just have to take the opportunity since winter is coming… -
