IHSH-189-BRN - 17oz Duck CPO Work Shirt - "The UnTucked" - Brown
-
it’s such a good shirt. Only thing that would make it better is if we could get a blanket lined version
-
Can I get some opinions on size small vs medium. Might be a layering vs no layering issue. First 3 are the small, last 3 are medium.
-
@ZackB Some of the photos don’t look too dissimilar, but both could work as you say, depending on how you wish to wear it.
The last medium picture looks quite large from the back is all I will say, but I think you’ve got a lovely fitting option whichever you decide is right for you.
Which feels better? Choose the one you think you would like to throw on all the time. It definitely lends itself to acting as an overshirt, as I’m sure @Oaktavia may well attest?
Anyhow, nice score.
-
Thanks fellas, the medium is definitely big in the chest for me. It’s always the shoulders that get me but the small seems like a good fit to me too.
-
I like the small, the medium goes too far down on the rear
-
Depends on how you want to wear and layer it or not. As a shaket I'd say medium since it will be reasonably longer than anything you'd wear under. Also know that duck has shrunk in length for me after the first wash and I think someone above said similar. I forgot to measure the 666d's before/after but it felt like I lost between 1" on a 32" inseam. Before I absolutely had to cuff them and now I don't.
The small definitely looks best as a shirt but not sure if you can layer as you'd like.
Fwiw, I've found that I rarely button mine up and wear it open most of the time.

I didn't even make 6 hrs before initially being into something here and caving and ordering one. Usually Im indecisive but when I saw Iron shop Provisions had the size I think I'll take in this I did it. Helped that I had a pending offer for my similar style Rgt shirt posted to eBay, so I just accepted it and bought this lol.

What an awesome shirt.
You all look so great
really stupid that I was not fast enough..so all fingers crossed that it comes again -
Well UPS has done it again claimed no one was home when the wife was home and was waiting for them because she knew how much I am looking forward to this. It’s like they tiptoed up to my door and put the we missed you tag on my door. Now they are saying it won’t be delivered until Monday. So frustrating!!!
-
@Oaktavia UPS has dropped the ball again this time saying no one was home when the wife was waiting for them, no knock no doorbell ring or the dog would have barked. Now they say Monday delivery now
-
@clutchdealer the WORST!!!
-
@Mizmazzle and of course the temperature finally dropped and I so wanted to wear it today too
-
@clutchdealer have you considered going out and following all UPS trucks and accosting the drivers to see if they hold the package that is rightfully your!!?
-
@clutchdealer I’ve had my fair share of these scenarios recently. Not good at all. All I can say is I think it’ll be worth the wait.
-
@goosehd same here. Me and my wife work from home and I’ve had the nobody home thing too. Mine was delayed a day for no particular reason but finally got it yesterday.
-
@sabergirl thank you, you’re always spot on with the fits. The small doesn’t allow me to layer but it’s definitely the better fit.
-
@clutchdealer oh boy...next time you can ask the staff to waive the door signature for UPS upon ordering. I do this every time. You can also leave a note on the door with a signature saying to just leave it...that has worked for me too. YMMV. Sorry man. Distractions till Monday I'm afraid are all you can focus on for now.
