Picking up where @neph93 left off with his comments re: fit in a couple of other posts, as well as Roy's posts a while back on his IG re: fit and sizing, I think generally there are 3 sizes a fella could wear: true to size, 1-up and 1-down. This is of course purely subjective and depends heavily on the cut and size range; i.e. if you TTS is 36, probably a 34 or 38 wouldn't work (it's tough break for bigger fellas as 35 is rare and 36+ are in 2" increments). This doesn't really work with slim cuts, tho, as trying to size up to get more thigh room can make the waist far too big.
If I go for these, would I get a 33 or 32 (depending on actual measurements of course, but for now assuming they fall reasonably within the normal 888-S range)? My 888-NT are 34 and are a full size too big. 33 is my true size in this cut. I have 634-XHS in 33 which, currently, are a very good fit. But with the high rise of the 888 cut, I could size down to a 32. The waist would be fine as I know it would stretch enough, but I'm more concerned about hips and thighs. I do have other slim cut jeans that are even slimmer than a 32 in these would be that I can wear, just not sure I'd want that level of tightness in this denim. It's easier to wear a pair that are little big rather than a pair that are a little small.

Hey @Alex is there any way I can get a patch for my pair?

Sometimes I work in a mill/coke factory and we drill solid masses of C18Fe7N18/ prussian blue out of this heat exchanger at their water treatment plant. The shade of indigo in these jeans reminds me of this stuff.
I really like the cobalt color of these jeans and how the black kind of cools down the indigo shade of the denim even further. They seem to have a cooler color temperature than regular 25 XHS does, with a more neon blue.
When this stuff further oxidizes it turns completely black. I wish I had a picture to show you but I don't. They tell us it is an oxidized form of cyanide. I take it that it is not lethal because I would be dead.
I guess they used to paint with the stuff to. According to Google this painting is famous for an extensive use of prussian blue as a pigment. It's strange that this stuff can be used as a pigment because it doesn't stain your skin. At least the stuff I am talking about is.The artist is Hokusai. I found it trying to find an image of the stuff I am talking about. I didn't see a good representation of the color I am trying to describe other than the graduations in this picture.

Oh God, I know. I am soooo excited for these. Never have I ever been so keen on ogling a man's butt before.
I'm super happy that they went with navy arcs too. I can't wait to be swaddled in supple 25 oz denim again. Thanks for the pics @sam

I have these in 36 and 888NT In 38 and I feel exactly like u said
I have a problem there (theoretical only of course as I’m not copping [emoji22]) I could go for a W33 without a soak and the measurements would be perfect. With a soak and I may be struggling with the waist. A W34 would be a little big even with a soak… What to (theoretically) do?
