Fit check?
First is uhf+thermal
Second is just the thermalNot too worried about the sleeves, feel like those will come up. Mostly curious if it looks too wide or otherwise wrong. Inside it feels to be just barley starting to snug up between my torso to hips.
And one more pic, unzipped, thermal only.

Shoulders and length are perfect. The sleeves are designed to be long so I don’t see any problem there. The chest also looks good. The only thing I could criticize is that the opening around your waist looks a bit wide wide in the frontal shot with the thermal but that could be because the photo is small and dark.

I’d be curious to see what the next size down looks like. IMHO, this is something I’d wear with a tee only, so I’d want a snug fit. YMMV
-
I would Size down , looks too big .
-
Very nice jacket
I'd probably size down in this case, seems a bit big overall I'd say.
It can be hard to size leather jackets in my experience, and you can't really mold/stretch/shrink them like denim. And sometimes what looks like a great fit in pictures may be too tight to be practical in real life. -
@pechelman Interested in pics when you receive it and love to know your thoughts.

I've got my money on the L being the way. With leather jackets, especially black ones with that rock n' roll-y vibe, I feel that trim as possible while still maintaining mobility / comfort is the ideal. I think you'll still have room in the shoulders and chest, plus the areas right now that look a little too big (bottom opening, sleeves, overall length) will get in the right range for you.
-
The bottom is hem is being a bit flared out partly because it's a skosh big, but also because it sits lower on my shorter torso so is being pushed out by whatever hips are there. In this case, I think the gussets actually exacerbate this because of the excess fabric bunched up here.

What a great look @pechelman
Sizing down is a good idea unless you want to exclusively wear it over a long sleeve + UHF
Looking forward to see pics of the L!

I’m sure it’s not only me who will be happy about that
