To further add about what is considered too long or tight, if the garment in question restricts movement then it's too tight (would be the obvious answer). Length is a personal preference and I for one am a huge fan of the extra length on IH's type III's.

^I sure hope so!
And I hope the answer we get is: Is the Pope catholic? -
Does anyone know if you could make one leg out of a right hand twill and the other with a left hand twill, and what the end result would be?
Studio D'Artisan has done this as a take on Levi's v. Lee, with leather patches on both left and right and different back pocket shapes and selvedge line colors to mimic the originals. I don't remember what model they were, or if they made them for more than a limited edition. You could probably find pics somewhere, with a moderate level of Google Fu ability.

Alright guys, first time poster long time lurker here.
I've been wearing the crap out of this pair of 633 ODs (18oz) for the past year and a half or so. They fit me great when I bought them but I put on 10lbs or so (and I usually put weight on in the butt and thighs) and I put these things under some undue stress in the crotch region. I tore one side open and had it repaired, then the other side of the crotch started to go not even a week later. Probably should've just had both sides repaired at the same time.
I noticed the repair job is somewhat sand papery on my thighs and can irritate my skin if my underwear get bunched up, exposing bare skin to the repair. I figure it might "break in" and get more pliable down the road.
I've lost the aforementioned 10lbs and then some, so these are actually comfortable to wear again.
So, what do you think, should I have the other side of the crotch repaired and get more use out of these, or call it quits on them and move on to my next pair?
Thanks!

If I shop here, will I become more like @neph93?

That logo:
is a blatant rip-off of Mission Workshop's:
Given that they both manufacture garments, and MW has prior art since they've been in operation prior to 2014, I would issue a cease and desist were I MW. Crazy to me that a business would try to pull something like that off.

haha…damn...good eye @mclaincausey

I'd say it's more of a very distinct mark than a good eye, but thanks anyway!

Sorry just noticed this topic just now. My advice is that you can't go wrong with buying a new pair. There are so many great pairs of Iron Heart to just have one.

Is $165 shipped for an ihtb-06 NWT a good price or no? Or better question will they even get remade so I can get the grey and black instead of the color I saw for sale.
