@RobeOfTheMagi could be a psychological thing. my slubs and 21 lefties, I felt faded very slowly, when I was wearing them day in and out. when I moved on to a new pair, all of a sudden, they looked as though they've been faded a lot, almost as though they were trying to lure me back in

Seeking advice from those likely to have experience themselves.
I ordered an item from Wonderlooper that was Fed-Ex’d and I had to pay a further fee of about £50 to Fed Ex (VAT & Admin).
My wife is concerned it could shrink and become a little snug, so I wanted to size up. Wonderlooper are small, sell out quickly and don’t do returns so it’s down to me.
They’ll refund once they have it back, sent me a return label and I ordered a slightly different hoodie, as they nearly all sold out in days.
I’m trying to ship back but am told by a drop off centre a mile away that I’d have to pay on top outside my own postcode and any questions about getting some of the return fees back, were greeted with a blank look and a vague suggestion to call them.
Pretty sure the next delivery will cost again and I don’t mind paying, but their website suggested I have to reject the delivery as a shipment, but can only do so on faulty grounds when
It’s only size being an issue.Anyone else had similar experience in the UK, and any advice appreciated.

@Tago-Mago thank you. First time I’ve posted

@goosehd thanks for the input. They’re pretty clear shipping and fees are on the buyer. It’s FedEx with their website that’s the issue. FedEx charged me the fees and so far I haven’t been able to find clarity on how I can get that back from them. The item was fine but the guidance is specific that only when faulty can you return and reclaim. It isn’t faulty just wanted a larger size. I’ve sent clothes to Japan for re-dying via Royal Mail and it was a piece of cake from here in the UK. Therefore I’m curious if others have navigated similar with FedEx successfully before now and how they went about it
-
@Tago-Mago That’s a perfectly sensible point. It’s a bit more expensive from the Jeans Store here in the UK but pretty much the same price once VAT added, give or take. I didn’t know previously they were selling all that and if I buy in future I’ll definitely consider the alternative.
-
@Gulliver I hope I’m wrong, but I think you may struggle to reclaim fees back from FedEx. They seem to me to be not the easiest courier to deal with. Best of luck though: let us know if you are successful.
-
@Mister_Brue will do. I’m forming that opinion myself. No problems with delivering for businesses, but in my situation so far it’s a pretty unimpressive experience.
-
@Gulliver I’ve had a few problems with FedEx in the past and if it’s to do with a refund you will get filtered through a never ending line of different departments and numbers to ring until you inevitably reach the guys who can’t be arsed and don’t mind just repeatedly hanging up on you the worst of all the courier companies for me.

Does anyone recognize this Shirt from past collections? Cant find it anywhere and curious about the specs, particularly the fabric weight and if it’s the Aspero cotton.
-
@MSav32323 Presumably Aspero cotton being an older shirt, but I’m sure someone will be able to ID this for you and confirm.
