@4c Thanks and I think he's probably right at 10oz. but I may not be the best person to say as The only 2 IH Flannels I have are a 101 and a 107 and they are both slightly heavier than this one. I have a TFH (currently up for sale) and UES is significantly heavier than that one. @spitfiredealer So the best I can say is that the UES is only slightly lighter than an IH UHF but significantly heavier than a TFH HN-52W WORK SHIRT FLANNEL.
@bushmonkey size wise I wear an XL or XXL in IH Westerns, my 107 is an XL fits just like this UES in a size 5.
Hope that helps -
So I was fortunate enough to order from UES directly and grabbed a UHF(14.5oz cotton). The measurements seem dead on to what I love from IH, so I am excited to finally have a super heavy flannel!
I know they make a 15.5oz but sizing is only for Japan. I hope they come out with some 15.5oz or possibly heaver flannel. I love flannel in all weights and this combo is one of the most beautiful IMO.

I sadly can't compare it back to back…. I had the 107 last year...so it has been a while. I should have my 126 early next week. From what I do remember the 107 was a tighter woven flannel. Both are comfy with the UES having a looser weave, so probably won't be quite as warm as IH flannels.
It is a 14.5oz selvedge flannel

It is for sale….

It might look good in the pictures, but not the exact fit I want. I need to get rid of it still….Go towards the upcoming 137 or 143 While the 126 is a 12oz vs this 14.5oz...the IH keeps me warmer and is much softer. The IH is woven tighter than the UES. The UES is a looser weave but is a beautiful fabric!
When UES comes out with this years UHF I will see the color combos and see if a size 4 fits then.

I grabbed a blue oxford in a size 4 (I think) & it is a good shirt. It comes raw so I washed it & it shrank a little bit.
Fit & details are niiiccceee.
Images tonight
*random, they now make tapered chinos, might grab them as well . . . .

UES denim jacket. A couple of year's wear on and off. Nice fading and broken chain stitch on the cuff

I got the Flannel still for sale, don't know if I ever posted it up though….

UES flannels are top notch. I really like their weave-especially how many are dense but not brushed. Eventually I'll manage to get a Black Elk to compare but my understanding is that they are in the same ballpark.
Un saludo!
