Mine always turn into, "I'm not really that bad. C'mon, I'm at least average. Please don't fire me."

Is the theme “hermaphroditic Ivy League males escaping the rape dungeon?”
If so: nailed it!

It’s just that their lack of food and low vitamin D levels make it hard to be enthusiastic about anything anymore.

So unfortunately it seems like no flying with IH going forward…
Going through the screen lit up like a christmas tree over 90% of my new 23oz 777
The tsa "gentleman" and I use that term lightly.... was very thorough and preformed an above average pat down... something I feel both of us wont forget for a while.... I didn't even get a drink
Normally the 25oz will light it up a little bit but this was a whole new level.

So I feel I’m missing something. I’m traveling to Dallas next week and was planning to wear Ironheart. Is there a reason not to?
I would appreciate if someone can elaborate on their experience.
There have been a number of anecdotes published here through the last few years where people have been stopped in the US by TSA while wearing Iron Heart's UHR denim. Apparently the thickness and density of the denim sets off something or another. No one has ever been refused the right to board or anything like that but they've been stopped and checked. Avoid UHR and you'll be fine.

From the Gucci SS19 collection…
Form an orderly queue (for the exit).....
So I’ve learned here that Mick Jagger and David Bowie, May he RIP, In fact did shag. And they had a child who is now a male model.

Do the snaps on IH shirts set off detectors too?

Travel to Dallas? Oh, there are many, many reasons not to…

I have had TSA stop me for extra frisking every single time in IH. I don’t even own any UHR. It’s happened in duck, denim, serge, you name it. They can’t handle the heavy pants. The only time I got escorted to the back room was because I was wearing all IH and had just applied lotion to my hands, which pinged them for glycerine. Got the strip search, that day.
Stubbornly, I continue to wear IH, because I have so few other clothes I like.

What would be appropriate for Dallas/Ft. Worth for a week? Jeans/T-Shirts??
I was up there this weekend and last, and the highs are barely in the 80s, lows are still low 70s to upper 60s, so jeans/t-shirts are fine. You might want a heavy shirt or light jacket, though. This is the awkward time of year where Texas buildings still have the A/C set for summer, even though it's no longer especially hot. So we have the weird phenomenon of putting on heavier clothes indoors, because it's 65 or below inside. Things usually get normalized about November or so, when we begin to have "winter" weather and buildings finally turn off the A/C and turn on the heat.
