Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?

A zipper might be interesting now that you mention it

Can't remember if we have already posted this here.. If we have, sorry. If not, then please give some honest feedback! We can't decide if we should run the IHSN-01 in the 21oz white denim. Retailers have not bought into the idea, sadly and the minimums are high.
What do you guys think?

I love the idea [emoji362] But I need a size 12.5 or 13.
My indigo version are fantastic, but a little short for me. I would’ve already purchased the brown and black if there were a 12.5.
Short answer: white would be a great addition to the sneaker lineup [emoji106]

I think they are beautiful. I’m a white trainers guy though.
They look brilliant in the pic, but a gum sole, and/or a stitched res “W” would take them to the next level.
The OG concept had the W.
Sadly this increases the minimum by 300 pairs more than it is already..

Thanks mate, we will investigate larger sizing when we reorder the black and indigo (and these if we decide to pull the trigger)

I like the idea, but they would look amazing if there were an option with a gum-coloured sole…

In my opinion, what makes the IH Sneakers “Iron Heart” is that, as far as a pair of sneakers can be, they are nearly indestructible and more comfortable to wear than other brands of similar styles. The vulcanized rubber makes them more flexible and comfortable to wear than others, and the heavy denim construction means they last longer, with more time to develops fades/patina… similar to a pair of Iron Heart jeans. When they get dirty, throw them in the wash, let ‘em air dry, and they’re good to go for another round of thrashing.
A pair of all white sneakers with some indigo crocking from my jeans looks great in my opinion [emoji41]

I like this idea enough to have suggested it on this very thread a while back

Seconded…

Definitely the fact that they are all white. Even the Red W is an esthetic improvement. Found them to be uninteresting. Nothing about them says Iron Heart to me. @Alex
As far as that goes, I would find the denim sneakers more compelling personally (and I know this is probably unfeasible) with cooper hardware (I'm thinking eyelets, but perhaps there could be the occasional rivet too, perhaps where the counter and vamp join), natural leather heel tab, counter, or strip on the heel counter, and perhaps (I'd have to see it) marigold or yellow instead of white contrast stitching… I might outfit with flat leather laces.. In short, if they looked like IH jeans I would cop them.

On the subject of sneakers, wabash hi-tops would be pretty sweet. Points of reference

Thirded! White top and white sole can be a bit severe at times, love to have a little bit of mellowing out with the slightly off-white colored sole (see: Stan Smiths with this config). EDIT: the upper/sole does seem slightly discordant in a nice way, so maybe I'd be just fine with the concept as-is.
I'd also need an equiv of a US12 / UK13. This is the one big thing that endlessly bums me out about Japanese sneakers. Never big enough for me.
