Has anyone found something similar to the old 7.5oz Shitamachi IH tees? They were among the best in the business and I’d like some more soft, heavy, textured tees that don’t pill.

Here is a question to all of you beer drinkers and overeaters (beer belly folks):
Do you have any jackets that fit perfectly all over except the gut? Is not being able to button up a denim jacket comfortably just something us Grinch-belly people deal with?
There is just one jacket in my collection that I love except for this reason, and honestly think sizing up would take away the fitted/tailored look. Some jackets we just don't wear buttoned/zippered? I'm fine with taking it for what it is, but I'm just curios if anyone else is like me in this respect. Might make me feel a little better, because I'm not going to the gym

Not exactly the same issue, but pretty much all my clothing reminds me that bodies are unique and different. This is a feature, not a bug, because especially with this kind of clothing it means that the wear patterns are all unique and every piece looks just a little bit different. All that seems cool. Let that belly be a badge of the pleasure you find in life, and make that jacket adjust to it.

You know that was eloquently put and exactly what I needed to hear. Thanks man!

Amen to that, @Nkwkfld. I've always had some thigh shame/wished they were smaller but this is just how it is. Enjoy your life, @Oaktavia
Ha, I'm right there with you! My massive thighs are the reason I stumbled onto Iron Heart in the first place. Nothing else fit besides the 634.
Rock those thunder-thighs with your head held high, brother!

Is it right at the flex point of the shoe? I doubt it would get much bigger, but it may get softer and more noticeable. I'd reach out and see if they would be willing to replace. Shoe companies customer service reps are typically very receptive especially when you approach them nicely.

Something like that would send my OCD Elevator right to the top floor. So while it’s probably nothing, and if it happened after 6 months you wouldn’t think twice about it,
Exactly!
I got them on eBay and they won’t be easily replaceable in my size for the right price. I think I’ll have to tough it out until my OCD settles down.
I’m wondering if it’s worth trying some leather /vinyl repair kits like they make for cars.

There is a fade line going down the side of these UHR I recently purchased. It follows the jeans from where they were folded for years in storage. Similar thing happened to my Untucked shirt I bought online. Not a big deal to me, but my question is has this happened to any of your jeans ir shirts before?

Every pair I think. I turn a blind eye. The problem is I have so many pairs they spend more time folded then on me so that’s the predominant wear pattern.

I mean, don’t you have like 47 other pairs of new shoes to concentrate on Matt ?
In all seriousness, let it go—shoes will ALWAYS scuff up if you wear them at all.
