Feel better soon. Maybe a good time for some cooking experiments, not much risk of something being inedible.
-
Best of luck @Chap . Feel better soon Jens….

What the actual fuck…....
_Twenty-five people have been arrested in raids across Germany on suspicion of plotting to overthrow the government.
German reports say the group of far-right and ex-military figures planned to storm the parliament building, the Reichstag, and seize power.
A minor aristocrat described as Prince Heinrich XIII, 71, is alleged to have been central to their plans.
According to federal prosecutors, he is one of two alleged ringleaders among those arrested across 11 German states.
The plotters are said to include members of the extremist Reichsbürger [Citizens of the Reich] movement, which has long been in the sights of German police over violent attacks and racist conspiracy theories. They also refuse to recognise the modern German state.
An estimated 50 men and women are alleged to have been part of the group, said to have plotted to overthrow the republic and replace it with a new state modelled on the Germany of 1871 - an empire called the Second Reich._

Well yes, unnecessary to say Germans can go crazy as well. The 'Reichsbuerger' scene has been known here as an extremist group for a while. Good thing is that the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, Police and other prosecution institutions observed this particular group and knew about the plans. That's why they now intervened and arrested 25 people. Our democracy over here is quite stable (at the moment), but it is alarming to realise how many people full of hate and with now appreciation for the benefits of a fair and pluralistic society are out there. Democracy is not a self-runner, it has to be defended. FCKNZS

Got mail from London. The TfL says endomobile went through some low emission zones the days after our Gosport meeting in September. Well, photos suggest it was acutally there, however I have no idea how it got there.
Anyway, they - or rather their international
mafiadebt collecting agency called 'European parking collection' - are now asking for the humble amounts of 95,70 and 1.196,25 Euros (in case I'd pay immediately, otherwise 287,10 and 3.588,76 €).I'm not money-mad, but this exceeds a little bit the range I'm used to spent without batting an eye.
Any suggestions? (all educated guesses and encouragements very welcome, but legal advice even more)
Are these fuckers able to get some money from me not living in the UK?
Would this be the first time Brexit will be beneficial for me? -
That is outrageous. All I've got is hope that you won't have to pay those ridiculous amounts.
-
Unfortunately, this is not my field of legal expertise.
So the best I can do for you is ask a friend tomorrow, who works in that field.
And I have found some information from the ADAC, but it is pretty inconclusive in the end:

Can someone translate to my usd brain?
Are they asking for like $1300 if paid now and $3500+ if not
-
I think they made a mistake. The ULTRA low emission fine should be the one that makes working people homeless not the other way around.
-
I haven't been able to find anything really helpful, but EPC seem to genuinely be engaged by TFL. They seem to have a reputation for asking people to pay the same fine more than once, being hard to contact, etc. Not sure if this is extreme incompetence or sharp practice. Hope you manage to find a way out of paying at least their outrageous mark-up.
