No matter who wins it, thank you @neph93 for organizing.
This was fun and I really enjoyed hearing all the stories connected to the photos!!

After quite a bit of deliberation and discussion @Giles @Alex @jordanscollected and myself have arrived at a conclusion.
The awards for best pic and best portfolio were especially difficult and there were a number of contenders for each.
Here is our final decision:
1. Best portfolio - @weftyarn
True to the theme, varied original content and motifs, all round excellent effort
2. Best individual pic - @mitchellvilla
For this insanely cool shot:
3. Funniest pic - @Kasi
For this:

Congratulations gents!
Thanks to everyone who took part. This was mostly about getting to know each other a little better, and that has been achieved by all you good folks in quite some style. This is a wonderful thread for the ages.

That's pretty smart — clearly @Kasi would haunt your dreams if he wasn't appeased

Me with that "just dropped the kids off at school and have the whole day off" glow all over my face.
On a personal level, this was one of my favourite posts. That huge grin of sheer pleasure on @chrisjohnnick, post school run resonated deeply with me

@Denimminer UHF dog, @Wormspice one finger salute and @Kasi were hilarious!

Ha thanks! Yea, I do all the school dropoffs and pickups, and am with at least one of the kids for the entire day. Once every couple of weeks or so, I get the whole day to myself while the youngest is with a sitter. It's such a glorious feeling. I used to stress and plan how to maximize the day and be the most productive. Lately, I've just started doing whatever I felt like doing that day in the moment. It's so simple, but way more satisfying.
