Last one, you lot!
It's the final episode of the season, and what better way to end it than with owner of Iron Heart International, @Alex . We last spoke to Alex in episode 2 of season 1, and since then a lot has changed. We talk about his travels to Germany to see how they make the Iron Heart 'Big Buck', his travels to China, and there is a short, but very sweet interview with Iron Heart Boss, Harakisan.

The section on Chinese cuisine was... interesting. I looked up those dishes and @Alex @AdamC you are braver men than me... I'd have been on my way to the nearest McDonalds.
Thanks for asking Haraki-san my question @Blowoutthecobwebs. An IH Aran knit woolly sweater would be awesome if Haraki and the rest of the Crew ever find a way to make it happen.

@EdH Haha yeah most surprisingly nice, the stomach and 3P soup, not so much. The only thing we didnt try was a ducks head, in all its glory. Luckily they came out when we had already announced we were absolutely stuffed. I think @Alex would have had it in him, but that was certainly where any adventurous side ended!

Really loved this episode! I especially dug the info about the production issues — I guess that could be dry to some, but I was absolutely fascinated by all of that. The Chinese food section also just about killed me. Loud cackles.
