Website Issues - DDoS Attack

I wonder what would motivate someone to choose Iron Heart as the target of a DoS attack. Political activism and business competition don’t make much sense.
Good luck solving this!

Hope you’re not too negatively impacted by this!
I cant see how we wont. Customers get pissed off and give up, the back end which is what we use to process orders is extremely slow, so that means it takes longer to process and ship orders....

There is definitely an issue with the purchasing site. The forum works fine but when I go to purchase something I cannot even login. Is just sitting there. Hope you guys are able to resolve it quickly.

Website seems to be working smooth right now. Hopefully it’s fixed?

Of all the targets for something like that, a family business that does right by its customers. So sorry for this undeserved attack.

I can get in now. Looks like it's fixed

experience this on my old MacBook Pro a week ago before I changed it.
I usually leave the tab open for the forum and refresh. but every now and then it asks to validate that I'm not a robot. after that however, it sends me to 404 forbidden. with that said, I used to run 1.1.1.1 DNS on the old MacBook Pro, not sure if that DNS domain had anything to do with me getting blocked and having to start a new tab.
have not tried it on my new MacBook Pro, and the refreshes seem to be working okay while leaving the tab open.

@louisbosco we put some strict stuff in place to block Chinese IPs, but I think that they also impacted Sing as there are known data centres there that Chinese bad actors have used before. We’ve relaxed things now to make it easier for Singaporeans after testing with Johnny Good Label
