Next time maybe I’ll get a real name but it did not occur to me until I was at the desk. Glad it got there that quickly. Go FedEx!

So, how’s it going my fellow Iron Heart lovers? Are you good today? I hope so.
My name is David Conner – not Jeremy Kules. I’m 37 years old, and I’m married with three kids. I live in a town called Upminster which is in the county of Essex, but is also part of Greater London. We can get to the City of London in about 25 minutes. My wife works in London so it’s great for her, but I mostly work from home these days. My office is in Cambridge, about 60 miles away, and working from home suits me fine. I hope to show you some of these places that make up my lived environment over the coming weeks. I work as a statistician for a pharmaceutical company. It was never my dream job to spend 8 hours a day staring at a screen or in meetings. But I do drink coffee all day, so it’s okay I guess.
My main concern about doing this tour was that well… my life’s kind of boring. Like, objectively. To me it’s awesome. There’s always stuff to do, places to go, friends to see. But mostly I do the same thing on weekdays, and at the weekend we go for family days out. Sometimes something interesting happens, but oftentimes it doesn’t. So full disclosure, my tour may embrace the mundanity of my normal, boring life. I sincerely hope you don’t mind.
We moved to this house about 6 weeks ago. Through some twist of fate, both my and my wife’s jobs decided to be challenging at the same time. It was an intensely stressful period. Much hair was lost (me), much beer was drunk (also me), and some cigarettes were smoked (me). Other more productive stress management techniques like yoga and meditation were utilised (not me). I’m now working on getting my alcohol consumption back under wraps. I put the remaining cigs in the bin. I’m too old for that shit.
So now I’m going to take you on a tour of the source of our stress. I didn’t bother to tidy – sorry. This is what £650K will get you on the outer reaches of the London underground map. We’re very happy here. Plus, the ceilings are high – I can’t reach them! This is the first time I’ve had ceilings I can’t touch!

And not to forget… MAGNETS @mclaincausey

@jerkules I also transitioned to a work from home job since the pandemic. My life is quite mundane as well. Same kind of schedule almost every day. Wake up early. Go to sleep early. Live in a rural area so not much happening around me. My life is also very peaceful and calm. I love modestly but also enjoy an occasional splurge on Iron Heart. Simple things often don’t get the appreciation they deserve. I feel like Iron Heart appeals to many fan bases. There are the ballers, the young kids, and the 30 something dudes living life are somewhere in between that spectrum. Happy to see your life and what you share. That’s the point of the world tour. Everyone shows their slice of life and personality. It’s all good. We all enjoy Iron Heart. Show us the coffee. The hometown views. The daily life that repeats daily. Iron Heart is built to last long. Just like a healthy lifestyle

@jerkules Great intro and look into your life. None of us on here live like an influencer as far as I know. You don't need to do anything exceptional to be seen as exceptional. I mean you already love Iron Heart. That a solid gold GAH feather in your Trophy cap. Show us the dumb boring stuff you get into and know that we are content with... content.
lastly, That bathroom looks like a very pleasant place to take a post coffee poop. I hope you enjoy them.

@Fadez That sounds VERY peaceful, I have the same sort of routine, only excluding the WFH part. It seems to be the weird & quiet "inner peace" chapter we're now all in while the world transitions.
But IH goods feel like the anchor while everything else is up in the air as it were - gotta enjoy the little things in life!

Fantastic first peek! Congrats on the new digs too. Looks like a lovely home.
On a side note, I’ve been trapped in the house all week taking a course for work and been staring at the computer all day. A bit of a taste of the “work from home” life that I’m not very accustomed too. Must say I get rather stir crazy. I do love that coffee bit though.
