Hello @Polly –- Welcome to the Forum and have fun.

New member here from Belgium.
I’ve got a few modified type III’s (21oz, olive whipcord, ecru pique, 25oz vest).
I got into Ironheart after buying the Vox Pathfinder guitar amp with Ironheart denim covering. -
Hi everyone. I’m in London, and found this forum incredibly helpful when sizing up a pair of 555-03s, so thanks very much. Great customer service, too. I’ve already a pair of 777-14S. Didn’t wear denim for some thirty years, LOL, so hope I won’t be thrown off for admitting that…..

Hello everyone- I’m a new forum member, but I have been wearing Iron Heart denim for a few years and have been checking out posts for the past month or so. I live in Philadelphia. Currently rocking 555-01 indigo snakes that I picked up last week. They are already softening up and super comfortable - can’t wait to see how they fade.

Hello everyone…
Welcome. Good to have you here. Nice choice for a first pair.
Thanks! First pair were actually 666S-21’s. I didn’t do my homework and wasn’t aware of the stretch. They ended up fitting okay and I still wore them, but they were definitely too loose for my taste. I did fall in love with Iron Heart’s denim and considered getting another pair of the 666 in the right size, but opted for the higher rise and more tapered fit of the 555’s.
I just cleared out 8 pairs of jeans that I wasn’t (or probably shouldn’t) be wearing and feel like I need another pair to create a rotation with my indigo snakes I’m thinking really hard about getting the 777-XHSib. The measurements seem pretty ideal for me (and that awesome indigo-black 25oz denim..).

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Bought a pair of IH-301S (21oz) in 2013 thinking I W36 was «my size». The waist was at 38” after two days [emoji1] Actually properly sized IH-555-01 was my next pair a couple of months later.
The XHSib is great denim and a solid progression from the 21oz. Check the other XHSib threads for info and feel free to ask questions on the product thread.

Greetings everyone,
My name is Andrew from good ol' Virginia–I'm a "long time listener, first time caller" of this forum having lurked for awhile. I've been an Iron Heart convert for about a year now and have picked up so many awesome pieces and always referenced the forum for people's reviews. I bought my first pair Iron Heart denim (IH-555-01) right before my second daughter was born last December so I could see them fade and age as she grew. It's been fun watching the almond butter and milk stains pile up on them. Glad to be a part of this community!

That is a neat concept to watch your child and jeans age simultaneously. Also hello from Maryland!

Thanks! I did the same thing with my first who was born in 2017–had a raw Levis Trucker Jacket and loved how the side where I carry her faded and changed different. I've been tagging the pocket bags on my Iron Hearts with milestones and whatnot--it's something I will hold on to and it gives me an excuse to continue buying more Iron Heart pieces
