I saw this shirt quite a bit, and it is BEAUTIFUL! The fabric is so dark, and it feels great to the hand. The double elbows are perfectly executed as well. Definitely hope to see more pieces constructed like this in the future.

Does the sleeve design have any provenance or heritage from a trade or practical application, or is it just double tough?

Certainly featured on some early 20th century (possibly late 19th century) shirts.  We did the same design on the IHSH-30 which did not sell very well, but I always liked the feature…..

I think it looks great and generally like the work shirt variations (single pocket, military stylings etc.) which seem easier to iterate than than western variations. I’ll do a google and see what I can find. Would be cool to give it an appropriate name.

Haraki is only going up to 10 in Japan, he says that I may be able to go up to 11 or higher, but that really depends on what interest I get from retailers when I go for orders…..

I promise I will do what I can, but it may not happen....

now get them to make the lows in white, doesn't matter if it's denim or chino (that over dyed white would be kind of crazy though).

I can wait until 2020 or so since it seems these have been on the dream board for a while.

fingers crossed they are at least as comfortable as addict converse, nothing worse than uncomfortable go fast shoes

the only item the crew doesn't make are underpants, insane when you think about the humble start of all this
