@neph93
1. I have an effort to write in English. Therefore, I write succinctly. I'm trying to be as understandable as possible. And I appreciate the time and mine and yours.
Because you helped me earlier, I will answer specifically to you about customer service.I have no complaints about anyone. I am glad to those who understand the essence of my questions and not just some words from my questions. I got a lot of different answers from different people. But only the three of whom I thanked understood what it was about.
I am not a legend destroyer. I am not offended by anyone. I did not reproach anyone here. I'm not trying to get anyone's attention.
I don't get into someone else's business. And I'm not attacking anyone.I wrote only what is in my reality.
Let any legends live happily ever after.
I am only interested in very simple things here. I am trying to find jeans and a shirt. It's all. Emotionless.
2. Thank you very much for another helpful answer.

@kornnn from your posts here and your emails to the customer service guys your English seems excellent, but if you find it easier, our retailer Ze Fear is based in St Petersburg. The owner, Evgeny, stocks the XHS denim in many cuts.

I have already looked at a lot of things on the forum but did not find something.
1. Is there a discussion somewhere about pairing shirts and jeans? I want to match the tops and them from the same denim if possible.
2. Is there a discussion somewhere about the use of IH clothing by women? Conditionally female models exist? -
@kornnn I think when it comes to styling there’s no substitute to looking and seeing why you like, and a bit of trial and error. One of the excellent things the guys at IHUK will generally do if you ask is have one of the team try on an outfit for you to see how things go together (I believe there’s a thread for that but I can’t remember what it’s called @neph93?).
On pairings with 25oz jeans, if you’re specifically looking for a shirt in hat fabric you’ll never find one in 25oz because it’s not practically possible to manufacture them (as I understand it). The standard 12oz shirt in indigo would go well, as would the 18oz CPO in indigo. I suppose one of the brilliant things about jeans is that more or less anything goes with them, so have fun choosing your own adventure.

I don’t think there is. It is a subject that has been discussed, but in individual product threads. The only options for exactly matching denim shirts and jeans is combining the IHSH-292-IND with the IH-666s-18 or IH-634s-18, or the IHSH-295-IB with the IH-634-14ib.
2. Is there a discussion somewhere about the use of IH clothing by women? Conditionally female models exist?
There are a number of active forum members who are women. Look at @RoxRocks86 WAYWT posts for example. Otherwise you can check the Japanese IG accounts. There is a thread on which shirts are available in women’s sizing, but many women choose the regular shirt models.

Anyone got a pair of these?
https://www.selfedge.com/jeans/iron-heart?product_id=2015
waist seems really small on a size 33. I did email and ask for a set of measurements done the IH way but was told no.
-
@spitfiredealer call a different self edge store. I'm sure you just got a cranky employee. They have measured multiple shirts for me in the past to achieve the best fit.

I got the boss mate.
Be a lot easier if IH UK stocked the 633

@ARNC I usually summarise it as a bunch of (mostly) blokes who like to compliment each other on pictures of their crotches and bottoms
Obviously it’s so much more than that ad I’m being facetious, but whenever I’ve tried to explain it the other person usually look a bit perplexed
-
@LewisStonehouse I'm not surprised with that explanation! I was trying to explain the UHHH to someone a couple of days ago and got a similar reaction. They just about got the drink part but generally thought it was decidedly odd.

Any thoughts on how to explain this place and our shared obsession with normal people? I'm still struggling to find the right words.
I sometimes wonder if the nerdy interest in clothes, is common in personality types who also like people but aren’t always great with people.
I’m basing this on a conversation that was had with @Chris once. So many people who go to the parties in Gosport have qualms about parties and social situations, but are able to relax and have fun there.
Of course I could be just projecting [emoji1]

That is a great question, @ARNC
From the outside looking in it probably looks like a) a weird hobby: getting hung up on super expensive, overbuilt clothing that doesn't look super expensive (so what's the point??), and b) narcissism: posting and commenting on pictures of ourselves wearing said super expensive clothing.
I think you either get it or you don't. It's like some people get jazzed about collecting stamps, or coins, or watches, or cars. Here we get jazzed up about collecting quality, ethically-made, overbuilt, stylish heritage wear. It makes me feel good to wear Iron Heart… The way the fabrics feel and weigh, the cuts... I know that it has at least a more ethical supply chain and workforce than most fashion. And most of it is classic and timeless and will look as good in 100 years as it does today. For me the main thing is quality in everything IH does.
I got into this forum because I got into Japanese denim after tiring of a streetwear rut I was stuck in, and read about this Iron Heart brand that made super heavy denim. Given the costs of the garments, I lurked and researched for a while, but once I saw what a nice place it was, I joined the fray.
