IRON CAST by Iron Heart International
-
For the next series of Iron Cast, we would like to get some variation of accent and languages in the intro's. We want as many as possible, so no matter what think your English sounds like, we'll think it's brilliant :-). Americans, please feel free to give it a go too…... ;).
So, Ollie, Alex and I would greatly appreciate it if you could record the following sentence, and then email the file to shop@ironheart.co.uk, FAO, Giles
"You’re listening to Iron Cast"
If you can translate and record the sentence in your mother tongue, that would be great too
@hajduk can do about four different versions for you straight off the bat [emoji1]
Eheheh!! [emoji38][emoji38] avec plaisir!!
I can make it in french avec mon accent from Marseille! In croat! In “my” norwegian I don’t know what accent! And in english as a french guy! Zero problems!![emoji106]Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk

I’d like to hear one with some of the early IH adopters/forum members. Curious how the forum and IH have changed over 10+ years.
-
Translated into Sanskrit: evam AdrisAra-vacam śrutavya. Literally, "thus you should listen to the Iron Talk." 'Cause why not? Also, in complement to the Bronx, I offered up some Jersey, Soprano-style–-my native dialect.
-
My status as a monoglot led to a dismal effort relative to all the renaissance men and women of the forum, but I sent it nonetheless. Pretty great way to involve the community.
-
In case anyone wants to scare their friends and impress their enemies: Iron Heart in Sanskrit is the easy compound AdrisAra-hrdaya. And AdrisAra-hrdaya-sena would mean Iron Heart Army. Wanna do it in Tibetan? That's really weird.

. I’ll be coming up on my 10 year Forum Anniversary later this month, and while the cast of characters changes from time to time,in my opinion, the essence of what makes this Forum the great place that it is,remains static.

Episode 9 and the final episode of Series 1 of Iron Cast is out now. We talk about chance encounters, Harley Davidsons, and discover the somewhat unknown art of Kerning! We hope you enjoy the final instalment of season 1, and we look forward to bringing you more Iron Heart content in the not too distant future.

So stoked for this one boys! Already 10 minutes in!
and @Jett129 and @jordanscollected intros were brilliant

Yes! I made the final cut! Arthur’s takes the gold though for sure. My wife and I are up in Duluth on a mini road trip. I’ll make my wife listen on the way home tomorrow. Boom
-
Just started listening and I just had to shout out KERNING. Aka, my life. Excited to see how that comes up

Good episode to end the season. Cool to hear from each of the team, another reason why IH is special.
